Job Description
A Senior AR Accountant position is now available at a multinational luxury company.

- Manage and execute AR activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
- Provide timely financial reports to the AR manager.
- Manage stakeholders, including internal and external parties.
- Handle billing and reconciliation responsibilities.
- Implement credit control strategies for risk management.
- Monitor client balances and minimize aged items.
- Prepare monthly credit and collection reports.
- Manage client information and ERP systems.
- Ensure smooth monthly account closing.
- Maintain internal controls and AR best practices.
- Participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Japanese is a must to communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Prefer candidates with relevant Finance and Accounting experience in complex, multicultural environments.
- Prior experience coaching multiple team members is required.
- Strong AR experience preferred.
- Ability to lead and present in team meetings, resolve conflicts.
- Industry experience in FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods advantageous.
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
Salary: SGD5,000-6,000+Bonus
AL: 16 days
MC:14 days
