Job Description

- Salary Range : Up to S$2,800 Per month
Responsibilities:
- Posting of receipts and reconciliation
- Ensure billing documents are complete with proper authorisation
- Prepare and posting of journal entries
- Printing of statement of accounts
- Follow up on outstanding debts
- Prepare monthly reports
- Any other tasks assigned by your superior
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting with 2 years of relevant working experience
- Meticulous, organized and a good team player
- Able to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify areas for improvement on existing processes
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
