We are currently seeking an Archer Partner Relationship Manager to join our passionate and high performing team. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong experience in Enterprise solution sales, preferably with risk related technology, and have a proven track record of building successful business partnerships with alliances, channel and advisory firms throughout the territory. Key Responsibilities
As an Archer Partner Relationship Manager, you are responsible for selling to and influencing the partner portfolio by maintaining positive on-going relationship to meet evolving needs and requirements. You will work with partners (including alliances, advisory firms, resellers and distributors) to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities. As a seasoned professional with a wide range of experiences, you use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. In this role, you will:

  • Create an alliance strategy and execute that strategy for the betterment of the Archer business
  • Identify and qualify new partners and maintain existing relationships
  • Manage ongoing development and evolution of the alliance plan
  • Evaluate and manage new initiatives and business opportunities
  • Enable your alliance partners to identify, mature and execute on high value pipeline
  • Provide ongoing opportunity / pipeline creation and management, including revenue and cost responsibility
  • Develops, motivates and coordinates between internal sales teams and channel sales team to optimize sales execution.
  • Interfaces with partners to ensure that service level agreements are met.
  • Apply a consultative approach, discuss business issues (and their resolution) with partners and provide channel partner feedback to the company
  • Develop written sales proposal, create compelling quotes and deliver high quality sales presentation addressing customer business needs
  • Customarily and regularly engage at partner and client facilities.
  • Assist with response to RFP\xe2\x80\x99s (request for proposal) and following up with partners


Essential Requirements
  • Extensive experience in selling with a proven track record achieving multi-million $ targets
  • Experience which demonstrates a significant level of expertise in technical specification required to sell products and services is required
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
  • Ability to convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help business partner making buying decision
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees, partners and customers across function/regions.
  • Prior experience with RSA Archer, Enterprise Sales and Alliance-aligned organisations is preferred.
