Coordinate between architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project
Oversees the construction activities to ensure compliance with architectural plans, building codes, and safety regulations
Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used, making sure they meet specified standards
Allocating manpower, equipment, and materials in an efficient manner to keep the project on track and within budget
Identify and address issues that may arise during the process, ensuring they are resolved promptly to minimize project delays and cost overruns
Prepares and maintains documentation, such as progress reports, change orders, and financial records, to ensure effective project tracking and reporting
Requirements
Diploma in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with relevant software and tools for project management, architectural design, and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
