Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of construction/ A&A projects
- Evaluating project requirements, determining timelines, developing budgets, and creating project plans
- Coordinate between architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Oversees the construction activities to ensure compliance with architectural plans, building codes, and safety regulations
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used, making sure they meet specified standards
- Allocating manpower, equipment, and materials in an efficient manner to keep the project on track and within budget
- Identify and address issues that may arise during the process, ensuring they are resolved promptly to minimize project delays and cost overruns
- Prepares and maintains documentation, such as progress reports, change orders, and financial records, to ensure effective project tracking and reporting
- Diploma in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for project management, architectural design, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
