Job Description
:
- Remuneration package: Up to SGD$3,200 Basic + Variable Bonus

- Location: Ubi
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
- Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolve related problems and issues
- Co-ordination of shop drawings
- Diploma/ Degree in architecture or related discipline
- Relevant qualification of certificates in structural and architectural discipline (eg: NCCS, BCSS, Safety)
- At least 1 years of relevant experience
- Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD /BIM / VDC technology will be an added advantage
- Architecture graduates without experience are welcome to apply
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferable due to work purposes.
