Has knowledge in any related authority submission of projects

Job Requirements

Diploma Holder/Bachelors\' Degree in Architectural Design or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience for related field
Able to use AutoCAD is required
Strong 3D Rendering using 3D Max, is an advantage;
Able to use Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Illustrator is an advantage
Strong flair & creativity in planning & design conceptualization
Strong in conceptual design, hand-sketches and model making
Good in presentation skills
Excellent in written and verbal communication
Able to work independently
Fast learner, able to work under pressure and meet target, responsible, highly motivated
Positive working attitude, a team player and possess a "can do" attitude
