We have an Urgent Opening for an Architectural associate at Singapore.Industry: Architecture Design Studio
Job Location: SingaporeRequirements:
- Minimum 10 + years of Work Experience in Architectural Designing and in-depth knowledge of architectural principles and design
- Should have Experience in successfully delivering Large-scale renowned projects (Commercial & Residential Projects) through all work stages within APAC regions.
- Should be qualified as Bachelor/ Master\'s degree qualified in related Architectural design fields or hold equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Enthusiasm for architecture and design, commitment, reliability and team spirit
- Should be Proficient in Design Software and applications like Revit, Sketch Up and Auto Cad.
- Experience in successfully delivering large-scale projects through all work stages within APAC regions.
- Strong organisational and supervisory skills, you have a proven ability to manage projects and people to deliver outstanding results.
Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the design process and project brief, coordinating the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development.
Quality control and supervision of project deliverables. Coordinate and integrate the work of external contractors, suppliers and professionals.
A role model who contributes towards a collaborative environment in which innovation is encouraged and best practices shared.
Builds a network across the business and seeks leadership opportunities by directing and supporting junior team members.
Develops effective relationships with clients and consultants.
Support senior colleagues with client presentations, positively contributing towards project meetings and client engagements.
Takes responsibility for aspects of the project budget and liaises with stakeholders to ensure delivery.
Seeks to develop a working understanding of cost control, fee charging and project finance, and considers how project fees are maximised without threat to client relationships and repeat work.Along with the below details:
