The Architect Meeting Coordinator plays a vital role in strengthening Aguner's relationships with architectural firms across Singapore.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Call and email architects' offices
to schedule meetings and appointments.
Visit architects' offices
(with Aguner's technical team) to introduce our siphonic system and promote CPD talks.
Coordinate CPD sessions
with Aguner's technical team, ensuring smooth execution.
Provide timely support
to architects for design-related queries and project needs.
Assist during presentations
(online via Zoom or in-person) and handle logistics.
Collect and report feedback
from architects to help improve engagement strategies.
Maintain an up-to-date database
of architects and firms in Singapore.
Support event coordination
for architect networking sessions or product launches.
Qualifications & Skills
----------------------------
ITE (Higher NITEC) or GCE "A" Levels or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confidence in face-to-face meetings and presentations.
Proactive, organised, and able to multitask.
