Collaborate closely with the team across diverse projects to deliver innovative, high-quality design solutions with technical excellence. Ensure all designs meet local codes, regulations, and industry standards. Plan, coordinate, and manage project workflows, maintaining hands-on involvement throughout all stages of design and execution. Lead project meetings and client presentations, serving as a key point of contact. Foster a studio culture that promotes innovation, shares best practices, and supports creative and professional growth.
Requirements
A recognized degree in Architecture and registration with the Board of Architects, Singapore. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning. Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience. Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes, regulatory requirements, and authority submission processes. Solid understanding of architectural detailing, working drawings, and construction methodologies. Proficiency in BIM (Archicad preferred) and other design tools such as SketchUp, Enscape, Twinmotion. * Excellent design presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
