Architect
(Project-A&A)
Responsibilities:
Site Architect for A&A works. Reports to Project Director & Project Manager Project Management & supervising the Works
1. Oversee and manage architectural elements of construction projects from inception to completion
2. Ensure that architectural designs are implemented according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
3. Coordinate with project manager and site team to schedule and plan activities, ensuring timelines are adhered to
4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and expectations
Requirements:
Possess a recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent with a minimum 3 years post-graduate experience Degree shall be from accepted universities by BCA/PEB/BOA * Familiarity with CAD and Revit preferred
