Job Description
ARCHITECT
You will be involved in various aspects of architectural works across multiple projects such as feasibility and conceptual design, design development, tender preparation, contract management, supervision and project management.
Requirements:
Master (or Bachelor) Degree in Architecture or equivalent from universities recognized by the Board of Architect. Minimally 3 years of relevant experience in design and project management. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Able to work closely with Principal Architect, Design Director and QP throughout design development and implementation stages. Capable project management skills - communication and coordination with client, consultants, authorities, and all other stakeholders. Experience with tender preparation, documentation and calling of tender. Familiar with local Building Code requirements and Regulations. Have good critical thinking and communication skills. Competent in design and possesses good knowledge in architectural detailing. Possesses excellent people skills and is a good team player. Highly motivated, proactive, independent. * Conversant in BIM (Revit and/or Archicad) and other digital design tools.
