Project Architectural Coordinator ? (Up to $9,000 | Attractive Benefits)

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

Lead and support architectural design and project coordination from concept to completion Collaborate with teams, clients, and authorities to ensure timely submissions and compliance Prepare and review tender documents and construction details Assist in procurement and provide technical inputs during tender evaluations Manage authority submissions, inspections, and permit approvals Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure quality deliverables Support site implementation, respond to RFIs, and clarify changes for contractors Attend meetings and maintain smooth communication across stakeholders

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture or related field [2-5] years of experience in architectural/project coordination in construction or MCF projects Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software Strong communication and coordination skills
