projects. We value strong concepts, clean detailing, and hands-on collaboration from concept to completion.

What you'll do

Develop, organise, and execute design concepts from feasibility to construction. Prepare drawings, 3D models, visuals, and presentation boards; iterate based on review feedback. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and authorities; contribute to tender and documentation packages. Participate in site meetings and support design/technical resolution during construction. Present ideas clearly--visually and verbally--to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

3-8 years

of relevant architectural experience (Singapore experience preferred). Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent).Diploma holders with strong relevant experience are welcome to apply. Strong design sensibility with a keen eye for proportion, materiality, and detail. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

SketchUp

,

Adobe Photoshop

(and/or Illustrator/InDesign); Good visualisation, graphics, and presentation skills; clear communication. Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on studio environment.

Nice to have (bonus)

Revit proficiency

(family creation, documentation workflows). Experience with

BCA/URA

submissions, tender documentation, and site coordination. 3D rendering skills (e.g.,

V-Ray/Enscape/3ds Max

) or parametric tools (e.g.,

Rhino/Grasshopper

). Knowledge of local codes and detailing for landed/hospitality projects.
