Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the clients\' needs and purposes of construction.
• Advise the clients on project execution.
• Arrange contracts between clients and builders.
• Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building.
• Produce CAD drawings, renderings, layouts and colour boards for specific design.
• Analyze, identify and resolve issues on related project
• Compile data and perform dimensional and routine calculations required.
• Research and develop design and product solutions and presents them for consideration.
• Design and coordinate with all internal and external sources on related projects.
• Monitor project progress and use technical manuals to ensure compliance with required codes and standards
• Oversee any construction problems that may have arise
• Attend meeting and liaise with clients/consultants/contractors on related project.
• Manage all communication with supervisor on departmental resources.
• Coordinate with engineers to create design that works.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Experience in commercial buildings, shophouses, hotel, service apartment
• Extensive knowledge of BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop etc.
• Knowledge of Authorities\' requirements and overall project process
• At least 5 years\' experience
