What the role is:Manager, Land Development (Architect)You will be part of a team working on project management of large scale commercial and integrated development works.What you will be working on:Review and manage different stages of project from feasibility studies, concept, schematic to design development for integrated development projectsDevelop project directives, outlines, projections, time lines, resource studies, and strategies to meet pertinent building/construction rules and regulationsWork with various stakeholder on the users' requirementsConsultation with regulatory authorities and liaison with relevant stakeholdersReview shop drawings, RFI, material samples, method statement, etcProject management to ensure project is kept on schedule including supervision of work progress, resolve ground issue with contractor and relevant stakeholders, conduct progress meetingWhat we are looking for:Background in Architecture, preferably registered with Board of Architects, SingaporeGood knowledge of building codes and regulationsAt least 8 years of working experience in design and development of large scale commercial and integrated development worksGood communications and writing skillsFlair in design, ability to sketch fast and produce good design conceptsAbout Singapore Land Authority:The mission of the Singapore Land Authority is to optimise land resources for the economic and social development of Singapore.
