Prepare design concept as directed by Design Architects. Co-ordinate presentation materials. Make changes to design as required by Client. Strong design-based work environment. Managed design from conception to completion. Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevation and detail drawings. Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of materials used. Scopes of works involve in conceptual design, design development, tender preparation, authority submissions, project management during submissions, preparing BIM modelling and clash detection reports. Fresh graduate with master degree in the related field. Fully versed in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Revit, Photoshop and Microsoft office (preferred). Committed, enthusiastic, independent and diligent with good design flair and creativity. * Good verbal and written communication skills
