We are looking for a dependable and experienced Architectural Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone with hands-on project experience in Singapore who enjoys seeing a project through.
Requirements:
Registrable with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore
Minimum four years of architectural experience in Singapore
Strong working knowledge of project implementation, with hands-on experience in site supervision, contract administration, and consultant coordination
Familiar with the day-to-day demands of construction-stage project management, including contractor liaison, site issue resolution, and documentation
Proactive and dependable, with a practical mindset and good communication skills
Works well independently but thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
GMAP/Enhanced GMAAP qualifications will be advantageous
