Responsibilities:
Prepare functional and technical feasibility studies
Develop design proposals for Architecture and Urban Design
Assist Team Lead with project management administration
Ensure design complies with all statutory requirements
Manage design development of the project
Assist in the administration of business development by preparing pitching decks and researching tenders
Work on computational design tools
Requirements:
Globally recognised B.A./M.A. from a top-tier University in Architecture
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and 3D modelling with Rhino and Grasshopper 3D
Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning for architectural application will be a plus
Good presentation and communication skills
Willingness to learn new skills and with a research attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
