• Involvement in project works from inception to completion
• Main responsibilities include planning, designing and implementing building projects such as residential & other township development projects both in the local and overseas markets.
• To produce high quality architectural designs and concepts and/or assist in the design work.
• To liaise with the clients, other consultants and the local authorities and work with the relevant parties in the authorities\' submission, project execution, co-ordination and on-site construction supervision.

Requirements

• Masters/ Bachelor Degree in Architecture, recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore.
• At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Singapore.
• Good project management, excellent communication and co-ordination skills, and great conceptualization and presentation skills.
• Strong flair for design using computer-aided design such as AutoCAD. Applicants with Revit/ArchiCad/BIM skills will be preferred
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to communicate effectively in the written, oral and graphic form
• Able to multi-task and with good time management
• Conversant with Local Authorities\xe2\x80\x99 regulations and compliances
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen and strategic thinking, attention to detail and curiosity are preferred traits.
• Team-player with good interaction, relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• High level communication skills, including negotiating and resolving highly complex commercial, technical and people matters.
