Job Description
$4200 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Selection, coordination and layout of various aspects of design (vehicle maintenance equipment, site flow)
- Submittal, shop drawing, and RFI review
- Conduct construction field observations
- Evaluate, select and apply architectural techniques during all phases of design, including the resolution of complex technical issues in both individual and collaborative scenarios
- Upload materials for review to designated platform
- Pre-review Master Plans per design guidelines and forward to developers for review
- Customer service and attention to detail are the primary focus of this position
- Other design / engineering tasks as assigned
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising and/or Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in architectural drawings using Revit software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
