Directly oversee architectural works on-site, ensuring quality, alignment, sequencing, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to resolve conflicts; liaise with consultants and update project stakeholders on variations.
Assist in planning quotations and procurement of materials and finishes; ensure timely delivery and coordinate storage with the Project Manager.
Oversee and monitor subcontractors' progress through regular meetings; assign and supervise architectural staff to meet quality and schedule targets.
Requirements:
Degree in Building/Architecture or equivalent
