As an Architectural Coordinator, you will assist the Architecture Manager in overseeing the progress of Architectural activities for Construction projects in Singapore.
As an Architectural Coordinator, you will assist the Architecture Manager in overseeing the progress of Architectural activities for Construction projects in Singapore.
My Client is a well-known Construction company in Singapore - They focus on providing the best service for upgrading and addition & alteration (A&A) work for building projects.
- Report to Project Manager on the progression of architectural work.
- Coordination of all architectural drawings and works, including the preparation, submission, and updating of Shop Drawings and As-Built submissions.
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation. Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by sub-contractors
- Assist quality team for Conquas and Quality Mark.
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture or any relevant qualification
- Familiar with BCA CONQUAS, and other Quality Mark Assessment application
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction field
- Preferable knowledge for BIM software/Autodesk Revit
