Job Highlights:

• The Tengah Area of Singapore
• Company Bus is at Boon Lay MRT: (0700hrs, 0740hrs, 1740hrs)
• Monday to Fridays and Alternate Saturday Full Days: 0800hrs to 1730hrs

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate of architectural drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities
• Review project specification, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Responsible for liaison with authorities to obtain clearance for the construction works
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, sub-con on technical matters
• Ensure all submission of drawings, materials and mockup for early approval.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Architectural / Building /Civil/ Structural Engineering or relevant qualifications
• Experience in handling LTA Infrastructure design works is a must.
• At least 3-5 years' experience in LTA projects as Architectural Coordinator
• Understands Architectural coordination on LTA projects type of works
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive
