Architectural Coordinator (hospital Project)
Job Description
Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Building or Architectural from a recognized institution \xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years of experience with some hospital project works \xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations \xc2\xb7 Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment \xc2\xb7 Familiar with Safety aspects in Construction industry Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works including shop drawings for project \xc2\xb7 Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by sub-contractors \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and liaise with all Architectural services with other trades on site \xc2\xb7 Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation Location : Outram Industry: Japanese MNC (Construction) Salary: $3800 - $5000 TO APPLY: Please send in a detailed resume to the email listed below / Whatsapp 89101675.
