Design Coordination
Assist the Architect in coordinating design details between clients, consultants, and contractors to align architectural designs with project requirements, regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure progress is in line with project goals.
Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist in contract and procurement management.
Resolve on-site architectural issues, such as drawing discrepancies, method statements, and project correspondence.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction is aligned with approved architectural plans.
Work with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to solve technical issues as they arise.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of architectural drawings, shop drawings, mockups, and material samples, ensuring proper implementation and approval.
