Responsibilities:
Review and understand project drawings specifications and design requirements ensuring adherence to codes and standards
Review material and shop drawing submissions from subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved specifications
Track and review all architectural submissions including materials shop drawings method statements and mock-ups to meet deadlines
Attend weekly and monthly progress meetings with consultants and clients to report project updates
Review contract drawings and identify discrepancies and requests for information
Liaise with consultants and arrange working sessions to resolve design conflicts
Conduct site inspections to resolve issues related to discrepancies and site conditions
Review material samples selected by Architectural Engineers for compliance with project requirements
Coordinate with consultants, clients and Document Controller on submissions approvals and RFI statuses
Check and verify accuracy of shop drawings for all trades involved
Responsible for structural and architectural design coordination
Ensure communication and integration across all trades for architectural matters
Identify architectural risks and propose effective solutions
Ensure all architectural works adhere to the project-specific quality plan
Arrange and submit documentation to regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals
Other ad hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of architectural working experience. Preference will be given to candidate with LTA experience.
Bachelor's degree in relevant architectural field.
Strong understanding of architectural drawings specifications and regulatory standards
Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and other architectural design and coordination software
Good understanding of construction processes and multidisciplinary coordination
Must be able to work under pressure.
