As we continue to grow and expand, we need competent and experienced individuals to help us to reach beyond the horizons to pursue excellence. Responsibilities: Coordinates with subcontractors on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards Assist PM and Site Manager to organize and deploy resource/material for project, attend site matters and complains related to project sites Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval Attend site meeting, monitor and supervise site Architecture works and liaise with consultants etc Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation Oversee all architectural finishes works on site Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractor to resolve related issue Ensure quality of work is compliance to safety regulations Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels Any other duties as assigned by management Requirements Diploma/ Degree in Architectural/ Building construction Minimum 2 years of experience in construction industry Knowledge in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS AND OTHER Quality Mark Familiar with safety aspects in Construction Industry Good interpersonal and communications skills Able to lead & work independently Auto CAD drafting experience is an added advantage Detailed and meticulous Takes initiative, proactive, positive attitude, team player, open minded
