Arch Coordinator The Project Coordinator (Architecture) shallensure all architectural works are carried out asper approved architectural drawings andspecifications and all interface details with SWCsworks are carried out as per CCSM andReflected Ceiling Plans. Requirements Degree in Architecture Minimum 5 years of LTA/MRT Project experience aftertertiary education in relevant architecturalfield in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similarscale and complexity in local context. Coordinate and liaise with Consultants,Sub-contractors as well as with othertechnical departments (Structural, M&E) onthe design intent requirements and raisetechnical clarifications for smooth progressof work. Able to plan ahead and lead / coordinateall subcontractors for architectural designworks Relevant experience in constructioncompany and consultant office. LTA MRT Project experience will bebeneficial Good knowledge of structure and architectural details Familiar with Singapore Codes andPractices Experience in coordinating constructionprojects Proficient in Autocad and producingconstruction documents BIM Self-motivated with analytical thinkingskills and able to work with minimumsupervision Experience for A&A work to connect existing station Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month Schedule:
