Job Description
ARCHITECTECTURAL COORDINATOR (Building Construction/Project) Responsibilities :
- To assist PM/PE to plan & execute structural & architectural works
- Lead in site coordination with all trades
- To liaise with RTO for inspection
- Prepare, submission of shop drawings/Materials/MOS
- To check shop drawings submitted by Sub-contractors
- To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings
- Liaise with sub contractors, suppliers etc
- Procurement and monitoring of Architectural related materials
- To carry out inspection/trade demo/material testing/mock-up
- To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Achi)
- Attend subcon meetings
- Contract administration and other site operational & project management matters
- Any other works as assigned by the Management or your Superior
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree of Architecture or equivalent
- Relevant years of experience in building/construction trade
- Graduate w/o experience are welcome
