Job Description
We are seeking Architectural Designers with 3-5 years of experience to join our team, specializing in large-scale hospitality projects and luxury residential homes. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in Architectural Design and Project Management to impactful, high-profile developments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide architectural design expertise and related services.
Work independently and collaboratively with a team of Architectural and Interior Designers on large-scale hospitality and luxury residential projects.
Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and proficiency in contract administration.
Develop detailed, innovative designs with a flair for architectural detailing.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
3-5 years of architectural practice experience in hospitality and residential sectors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software aligned with industry standards.
Strong knowledge of construction practices and excellent organizational skills.
A team player with meticulous attention to detail and project management skills and proven track record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,575.11 - $7,275.28 per month
