Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Liaise with external consultants and clients on delivery of design Tender Documentation and Specifications Preparation Liaise with Government Authorities on Project execution and Delivery Project Management and Coordination Monitoring of project progress and site inspections Familiarity with Authorities Compliance governing constructions and Architectural practices Possess good technical knowledge and has strong detailing capability
Requirements
A recognised Degree in Architecture Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience Good knowledge of Architectural details, working drawings, Authorities Compliances and Construction Practices Excellent in Design Presentation and Human Relation Skill Well Versed in Architectural Design Software - AutoCad & BIM Revit Conversant with local Codes and Regulations is a plus Contract Administration Experience is a plus Committed and able to work independently Good team player Ability to meet timely deliverables Ability to multi-task, self-motivate with good time management skills Willing to learn and responsible with a positive work attitude Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
