Our client is a global architectural design firm that specializes in creating environments and venues that draw communities and people together. They have delivered venues, districts, and live events that positively transform cities and enrich communities. The firm offers comprehensive services including architecture, interior design, event planning and overlay, branded environments, wayfinding, planning and urban design, landscape architecture, aviation and transport design, and hospitality. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for strong caliber for their Architectural Designer positionResponsibilities

• Work under the direct supervision of licensed Architects and interact with clients to gather design requirements, specifications, and budgets for their building projects
• Plan and design the layouts for buildings and landscapes, meeting with clients, creating drawings, designs, and layouts, and complying with industry regulations
• Researching and obtaining data and design information related to large-scale projects, providing electronic 3-D modeling services, and having a very good understanding of building systems, construction materials, methods, and techniques for new and existing structures
• Assist in controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design, collaborating with engineers to develop concepts for structures that meet project goals and operational standards

Requirements:

• A bachelor\'s degree in interior design/architecture or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability is required
• 5+ years\' experience of working on medium to large-scale projects
• .Excellent technical skills and proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software are essential.
• Strong conceptual design skills in exploring innovative approaches in an interdisciplinary environment are necessary
