Architectural Drafter Cum Coordinator
Job Description
:
Responsible for drafting and preparation of 2D and 3D presentation / design drawings to meet project requirements
Review and checking of all drawings as per design
Amend and update all changes according to specifications.
Assist in site visit to ensure all drawings / design is practical
Liaise with Consultants. Some exposure in BCA Conquas Standards will be good.
Report to Project Manager at site.
Requirements:
At least a Degree in Architectural Engineering or related field
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in SINGAPORE is required for this position.
Good with Autocad drawing and interpretation of the Architect intention.
Proficiency in Revit and BIM preferred.
* Have track records in local projects as coordinator for the Main Contractor.
