AutoCAD Draftsman (Interior Fit-Out)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed shop drawings and construction drawings, with quality and accuracy Prepare detailed as-built drawings Perform site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection and detail for fabrication To liaise with Project Manager, Architect, Designer and Consultant on details drawing To coordinate with sub-contractors and carpenters on fabrication details To carry out proper documentation to current drawings / document To ensure drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements Report to Design Manager
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Certificate in AutoCAD drawing or Architecture Sound knowledge of AutoCAD software Practical knowledge in BIM Revit will be an advantage Min 3 years of relevant working experience in producing construction detailed drawings, furniture & interior fit-out work Must be able to read and understand drawings * Meticulous and able to work independently
