Responsibilities:

Prepare BIM/AutoCAD drawings, such as plans, elevations, sections & details.
Prepare submission of BIM/AutoCAD drawings from conceptual design, tender documentation up to construction development.
Prepare documents, such as forms for submission to various Government Departments
Coordinate and liaise with Architects / Consultants

Requirements:

NITEC/Diploma in Architecture or equivalent. (Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture fresh Graduates are welcome)
Knowledge of local regulations and authority submission.
Proficient in BIM (ArchiCad/Revit is a must) / AutoCAD / 3D Modelling / Photoshop etc
Able to work independently and in a challenging/fast paced environment
Positive working attitude
Only Singapore Citizens / Singapore PRs (we do not have quota for work pass)
