Job Description
CW02 Civil Engineering | GB2 General Builder Class 2
Job Scope:
Prepare and review architectural drawings and construction documentations
Able to communicate well and liaise with the relevant authorities
Ensure timely submission of drawings, material samples
Plan, coordinate and schedule on site activities
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by senior engineers
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related discipline
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes in Singapore
Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD)
Strong technical drawing skills
