Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assessing, reviewing existing Architectural related designs, coordinating with the client and internal staff to ensure that the project is completed according to contract requirement
• Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Develop and implement policies, standards, or procedures for engineering and technical work
• Conduct technical meetings and liaise closely with consultants.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients
• Monitors the quality and progress of the disciplines on each project, ensuring that those production requirements are satisfied.
• Facilitate recruitment, placement and evaluation of architectural or engineering project staff.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture preferably recognized by BOA or equivalent
• At least 5-8 years\' relevant experiences
