Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Supervise structural/ architectural works; coordinate with client\'s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture
• 6 years in Architectural Planning/ detailing
• Good knowledge of Code of Practices
