dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive
to join our team and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and project developers.
Promote and present our range of architectural building materials to key decision-makers.
Drive sales by following up on leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Attend to site walks / site meetings where required.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and marketing) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Able to read and understand technical drawings.
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in building materials, interior finishes, or construction industry.
Strong network within the architecture, design, and construction community is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Possess a valid driver's licence and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
