Mon - Friday 7.30am-6.00pm Sat 7.30am-5.00pm

To manage the implementation and organization of the initial infrastructure on-site, resource, and personnel management to accomplish the construction execution together with cost & schedule, analysis/control, and preparation of implementation schedule.
To manage activities related to Construction.
Prime/Subcontract management.
Procurement and tendering management.
Preparation of changes proposal.
Contract and claimed management.
Construction schedule control.
Construction material management for Civil & Building works.
Quality management on site.
Works coordination on-site.
Technical and as-built documentation review.
Monthly progress invoice (from subcontractors) review and approval.
Monthly progress measurement and quantity surveying (for client).
