- Assist Team to prepare Feasibility Study, Concept / Schematic Designs presentation
- Assist Team to prepare Design Development and Detailing of local and international projects for tender and construction
- Preparation of drawings and documents required for submission of plans to Authorities for approval
- Familiar with Singapore e-Corenet submission
- Minimum 3 years of local and relevant experience is compulsory
- Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills
- Competency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, V-Ray render, BIM (ArchiCAD), as well as basic rendering
- Familiar with Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s Codes of Practices and Regulations for the built environment
- Possess relevant Architecture Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
- Able to work independently
- Possess good communication skills
