Conceptualises concept and schematic designs; Carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals;
Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications;
Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients;
Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;
Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors;
Ensures design quality and authority compliance;
Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records, ensuring all files comply with office standards;
Provide administrative support to project and corporate teams, and assist in organizing appointments, meetings;
Execute ad-hoc administrative projects which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture or its equivalent;
Well-verse in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines;
Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture;
* Completed BCA Academy's BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage.
