Job Description

Oversee and ensure the quality and timely execution of all architectural works. Assist the Project Manager in scheduling and planning for sub-contractor and material quotations. Verify that drawings and documentation accurately reflect site requirements and client or consultant amendments. Prepare supplementary sketches and details as needed for clarification. Review architectural drawings against structural and M&E plans to identify and resolve conflicts. Coordinate with consultants to resolve discrepancies and keep project management informed of variations. Ensure correct sequencing, dimensions, alignment, and levels of architectural trades. Collaborate with Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager to determine and procure finishing materials. Monitor timely delivery and proper storage of materials. Conduct regular coordination meetings with sub-contractors to track progress and resolve issues. Assign tasks to architectural supervisors and monitor their performance. Attend all relevant site, technical, and coordination meetings.
Requirements


Diploma in Architecture or a related field (e.g., Building Technology, Interior Design). Minimum 3 years of experience working in an architectural firm or construction company (preferably). Strong understanding of architectural construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
