Supervise overall Architectural activities
A listed construction company that focuses on providing services on property development, investment, and interior finishing work.
- Manage a team of Architectural Coordinators and BIM Modellers
- Plan, organise and supervise production of construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals
- Facilitate construction and progress on site, and liaise closely with relevant stakeholders - consultants, sub-contractors and operation teams
- Conduct routine checks and inspections of architectural works on site to monitor work status and ensure compliance with approved design and specifications
- Degree in Architecture with minimum 8 years\' relevant experience at managerial level with a maincon construction firm
