Architecture Project Manager, Southeast Asia

About the job

• Manages all store projects, from site survey to handover to sales department.
• Gives advice to Sales and Real Estate teams about technical feasibility, timings and cost of projects.
• Coordinates and supervises the work progress, shares regular feedbacks and warning in case of delays. Takes action in case of unexpected issues to avoid delays and extra costs.
• Ensures the quality of the implementation and adherence with brand identity.
• Supports, only if request by the line manager, the FM members in the implementation of the global strategies and the maintenance activities according to cluster priorities following Head/Global Facility Manager directions.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• University degree/ Certificate
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
• Excellent English proficiency, presentation, communication skills and very good influencing skills to align and get support from the parties during the implementation process.
• Experience in Retail Project Management/Store Development/Store Construction with good process understanding and ability to design, implement and monitor processes.
• Result driven, problem solving, willingness to travel regularly.
