Job Description
$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities
- Ability to review working drawings and prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, spot details, and as built plans as required for proper implementation of the project.
- To ensure that all references are up to date and/or tallies with central documentation system.
- Manage and organize separate filing system for Architectural / Technical Department.
- Coordination of architectural plans interfacing with other subcontractors trade
- Assist in checking and studying drawings, details, specifications submitted by subcontractors to ensure that each of them comply with the client's concept, design intent and safety concerns.
- Assist in preparation & submission construction material approval, sample boards & technical queries / RFI's for client's approval.
- Prepares and assist in arranging RFI Inspection for architectural works for site team reference in construction and closed inspection comments
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Degree/ Diploma/NITEC in Architecture/Drafting or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in 2D/AutoCAD / Microstation software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
