Job Description

We are seeking an

experienced Area Construction Superintendent (System Integration Testing)

to support the

FPSO project

in the Singapore Shipyards. You will oversee and execute all

System Integration Testing (SIT) activities

to ensure FPSO and Mooring Systems are fully integrated, functional, and ready for offshore deployment.

Develop and prepare

System Integration Testing (SIT) procedures

Initiate and follow up on all related AW Job Cards Prepare

integrated planning

by work area or subsystem Develop organisation charts defining roles and responsibilities for SIT teams Coordinate Work Orders and Site Instructions to the yard for all SIT and FPSO mobilisation activities Produce

SIT as-built reports

documenting all tests and outcomes Oversee mobilisation of permanent equipment systems vendors/operators at yard Manage

Installation Equipment logistics

, including storage, loading, and sea fastening Supervise SURF Installation Contractor and SURF Supplier Contractor equipment logistics, loading, and sea fastening Ensure site support readiness including scaffolding, riggers, RAT, lifting, HSSE, PTW, utilities, and power Execute and record all SIT activities ensuring compliance with project standards Coordinate invitations for SIT with stakeholders; act as

onsite point of contact for Installation/SURF (EP3)

Maintain

SIT mini schedules

for effective planning and execution Oversee FPSO mobilisation preparations including:-
Heavy activities: mobilisation, rehearsals of offshore installation activities, tow preparations Basic activities: rigging checks, preservation, equipment inventories Coordinate re-certification of installation materials required for sail-away

Key SIT Testing & Preparation Activities:

(Experience with below is preferred)


Mooring Porches & Fairleads installation and release simulations Mooring Tensioning System chain setups Riser Porch deployment/removal simulations Riser Pulling System critical lifts and sheave handling Travelling Crane Platform & Installation Maintenance Platform fit-ups Riser Piping tie-in preparation and preservation checks Umbilical Pulling Systems rigging mock-ups and davit tests Permanent Diving Stations readiness checks Sea Water Lift Hose equipment handling and storage checks FPSO towing and station keeping preparations

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in engineering or extensive trade-based career progression

Minimum:

15+ years

years total relevant experience in oil & gas construction, yard fabrication, integration, or offshore installation, with: At least

5 years in a Superintendent or Lead Supervisory role

Direct

System Integration Testing (SIT) experience

in major FPSO or offshore facility projects is highly preferred Strong leadership, HSSE focus, and interface management skills
