• Provide dedicated Finance Planning and Analysis support for Abbott Nutrition Pacific Asia business.
• To assist in Area consolidation of P&L and Balance Sheet submission from countries, prepare presentation slides and analytics, and month end close supporting activities.

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with all Area FP&A Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual reporting and analytics (for Internal/ Division submission) in Actuals, Plan and LBE cycles
• Consolidation of Gross To Net (GTN), Sales and P&L Cheat Sheet
• Run consolidated files and pull reports from financial systems for tie-out
• Monthly Actual Commentaries Consolidation (DSO/ DOH/ Balance Sheet)
• SG&A & Brand P&L workings file consolidation and tie-out
• Management of area cost centres reporting and forecasting
• Plant Property Equipment (PPE) and Capital requests consolidation and tie-out
• Support cost change exercise as needed
• Partner with Area Finance team to prepare all presentation slides and analytics work
• Provide support to Affiliates as needed
• Special projects as directed by the Regional Finance Director and Area finance team

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A. Prior experience in FMCG/pharma industry preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge on Microsoft application e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good communications skill
• Strong analytical skill, attention to details
• Strong commitment to meet due dates with accuracy
