Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Cluster Manager to oversee and revitalize a cluster of 8 to 12 retail outlets in Central Singapore. As a Retail Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing the customer experience, fostering collaboration, and creating a thriving retail ecosystem.

1. Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to revitalize the retail cluster, aligning with the company\'s vision and goals.
• Identify key challenges, opportunities, and growth areas, and devise strategies to drive business success.

2. Collaborative Initiatives

• Foster collaboration and synergies among cluster team members.
• Organize regular meetings, workshops, and networking events to encourage knowledge sharing, joint marketing efforts, and resource sharing.
• Facilitate partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities to enhance the overall cluster\'s performance.

3. Customer Experience Enhancement

• Implement customer-centric strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience within the cluster and maintain high standards in NPS.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve visual merchandising, customer service, and store layouts.
• Encourage the adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutions to engage customers and drive foot traffic.

4. Marketing and Branding

• Involvement in developing and implementing effective marketing and branding strategies to position the cluster as a unique shopping destination.
• Coordinate cluster-wide marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness and attract customers.
• Leverage online platforms and social media channels to enhance the cluster\'s digital presence.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the cluster and individual outlets.
• Generate regular reports to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and maximize business potential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or cluster management, preferably in a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully revitalizing retail clusters, driving growth, and enhancing the customer experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cluster businesses towards a shared vision
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
• Knowledge of current retail industry trends, best practices, and digital technologies
• Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities
