R2 Group Of Exclusive Brands owns multiple brands across the country in the grooming & wellness industry. Currently hiring for Area Manager to support the North Luzon brands.The Area Manager must be willing to travel in every store visits across North Luzon areas but also be willing to report in the head office here in Makati at a certain schedule.ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIP
Reports to the Head of Operations, supervises directly the Store Managers and Assistant Store Supervisors.Qualifications:

• At least 3 Year(s) of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to travel through public transportations (no car provided)
• MUST have an experience in MULTI STORE OPERATIONS in RETAIL
• Willing to from Monday to Saturday and Holidays

Responsibilities:

• Plans and implements approved budget in line with annual profitability targets by monitoring sales revenues and managing cost.
• Implements store SOP's which includes selling and cash management, facilities maintenance and upkeep.
• Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service, operational and financial standards throughout stores within cluster and drive sales and profitability through the performance and development of Service Leaders and the staff
• Generate sales reports
• Ensure stores' Condition
• Monitor direct reports/staff in assigned stores
• Attend and resolve customer concerns
• Covrered locations are Pampanga, Urdaneta, Baguio, Bulacan, Cabanatuan, Olongapo, and Quezon City.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Area Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
• Retail sales: 3 years (Preferred)
